How it started...

I started baking desserts for customers eating at my cafe. As my baking "improved" my customers would ask me to bake a cake for a special occasion they were having. It started out with birthday's then anniversaries then weddings. I enjoyed the creativity of it so much I wanted to do it full time. So I immersed myself into all the training I could find then opened my shop.
